I’m not sure this is necessary, as Super Admins should be able to do everything for a Loan officer/user (so maybe that’s the scope of this story):
Edit profile information
add/edit recipients
send orders
Add users
etc
I think the easier way would be to do a feature that PrintPlanr offers, which is to be able to 'login' as a user
