Record ID numbers as the unique identifier

Completed

Cause

Sometimes admins may be the admin of multiple different companies

For example: Guaranteed Rate & Guaranteed Rate Affinity are two different companies under the same parent company. They share one marketing department, and have one admin point of contact

Loan Officers may have shared realtor partners.

Example:A loan officer in Company A may want to send a gift to β€œRealtor 1”.A different loan officer in Company B may want to send a gift to β€˜Realtor 1’.

Proposed Solution

Hubspot has a β€œRecord ID”, which is a unique identifier that is pre-populated by the platform

This property is procedurally-generated by the platform at random, and unique within the platform

This would eliminate any issues with β€˜duplicate’ records existing from outside their organization

This causes conflicts with our Salesforce integration (email Β» email), but I think it’s fine if someone’s contacts to two different B&B organizations
