Recipient Mandatory fields

Please make the following fields optional for Recipient creation:

Email

Phone Number

Please remove the fixed 5 numeric character restriction on Zip Codes

It’s a little confusing, but in the states we have an additional set of digits in addition to the standard five digits

For example, we would get 99148-9638 as a Zip Code

This is beneficial to the 3PL because their software will want to auto-correct that to the the nine-digit zip code

Our system won’t import that, so I have to go through the spreadsheet and delete the last 4 digits.

Just make the field to be a minimum of 5 numeric digits with no alpha characters. That should cover it
