User Experience

on recipient management table:

click an icon that opens a popup to choose Plus Page template to use

choose which channel to send: SMS or email (greys out what isn’t there)

user clicks submit

Notification

Upon click ‘submit’, it sends to the channel selected

Customer Experience

Pulls the Rec ID into the form URL & auto-populates the form

Maintain the same layout, and allow for recipients to edit their address

edits to the address or any meta data update the associated Rec ID
