click an icon that opens a popup to choose Plus Page template to use
choose which channel to send: SMS or email (greys out what isnβt there)
user clicks submit

Upon click βsubmitβ, it sends to the channel selected
Customer Experience
Pulls the Rec ID into the form URL & auto-populates the form
Maintain the same layout, and allow for recipients to edit their address
edits to the address or any meta data update the associated Rec ID
