Non-Browser Notecard/Order Creation

For a large amount of recipients, it takes a long time to load—longer than a user would be patient for.
Is there any way we can move the notecard & order processing out of the browser?
I’m looking for an experience similar to what happens for softwares that say “It’s ok to close your browser” and work in the “background”
