Default settings in Plus Page

Background
The Role property on the plus page can be confusing, and may cause churn.
Currently, we only have two roles, which don’t allow for us (or our partners) to setup the plus page for non-homeowner/realtor gifts
For example, we would want to setup a plus page to send to marketing managers for networking. They would have to select ‘homeowner’ or 'realtor'.
Solution
We need to standardize the Role in the Plus Page creation form, and hide the Role from the PlusPage form
When a recipient goes to fill out the form, it is hidden from view
