Co-Branding with Partners (Realtors)

Issue

There is a huge market opportunity to include the branding of a partner in the Loan Officer branding.

The Loan Officers want to co-brand (Loan Officer + Realtor) because they want Realtors to refer them business, without spending any money on marketing

Below is an example of how the home-buying process goes

Realtor & Homeowner will connect via Realtor’s marketing

Realtor will connect Loan Officer with Homeowner to finance their home

Loan Officer will provide all necessary paperwork to close on the home

Sometimes there will be a Lawyer involved to make sure the transaction is being done legally

The Realtor is in the process from start-to-finish as a liaison for the homeowner if they have any questions or issues.

We need to find a way to automate the notecard template to automatically pull in realtor information, just how we have the Loan Officer

Here is an example of what co-branded marketing looks like (Remax is the Realtor’s company; Realtor on the right):

Solution

There needs to be a way to ‘link’ the Loan Officer objects to Homeowners

Can we associate a Homeowner with a Realtor object?

Similar to how products could be associated with a company

If a Recipient is under the 'Realtor' role, they populate in a Select list

The will only ever be one Realtor for each homeowner

The Realtor that is then linked to the homeowners would be able to have their personalized data populate into the print template—alongside the Loan Officer—so it resembles the pdf example above/attached.

Important to note: We don’t want to eliminate the possibility for Loan Officers to send to realtors
